Very nice 1st pilates experience with Nancy. After several searches, her energy attracted me to her and I am very happy to discover her. Having neck pain, she was able to adapt exercises for me. She was really attentive to my needs and I finished the session with no pain. This 1st session did me a lot of good and I continue the adventure with her. Someone I highly recommend...

I had the opportunity to work with Nancy in multiple areas before she returned home from the US. Our collaboration started out with Pilates sessions, which were more challenging than I could have imagined and made a huge difference in my core strength, flexibility, and mobility. I had struggles with joint issues for years, Nancy’s classes helped me fix many of the problems I was dealing with. I also worked with Nancy as a life coach. Her intuitive style helped me work though many of my personal challenges; I came out of our sessions more confident and more skilled at handling the adversities I was facing. I doubt I would be where I am mentally without what I learned from Nancy. I would recommend her as a coach in either area with no hesitation. If that’s not enough, her homemade products are great as well. I’m partial to the toothpaste and bar shampoo, but everything I’ve tried has worked very well.

I have been a client of Ouastylist for its natural cosmetics since 2015 and Pilates and Reiki!In one session, my knee pain was gone and I was so relaxed! It was as if I had taken a trip!Nancy made me want to take care of myself and start taking care of my skin! I love her super effective anti-aging products (eternal cream, bust serum, face etc). Obviously I use his natural toothpaste which relieves my gums! I can not do without it! And the product in the orange bottle makes my legs prettier, it's easy to put on and it smells so good I wear it all summer!So I recommend her because she always knows how to advise me!

Nancy is a great health coach. I've had several sessions with her in person in 2019. She's knowledgeable and professional. Her beauty products are also very good. I enjoyed the organic facial cream.

I've received pilates coaching from Nancy since Fall, 2019 (in-person and then by video call). Also, attended two of her workshops (public, in-person).Nancy and her services have made a great difference in raising my overall health and well-being. Posture, strength and flexibilty are much improved. She's an exceptional pilates instructor: superior knowledge about movements, clear instructions and incredibly observant.Through workshops, Nancy opened my mind to new ways of thinking that prompted empathetic self-reflection. She authentically combines ideas spanning mindfulness, energy, emotional intelligence/health and nutrition.I highly recommend Nancy to anyone seeking to feel healthier, fulfilled in the present and more content.And... the Face Cream (for sensitive skin) is great for after-shave. It relieves burn and discomfort. One small jar lasts 3 months.
